Subscription Terms
SiteRF offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor; you enter your card details directly with Stripe, and we never store them on our servers. New organizations typically start with a free trial (its length is shown at signup and on our pricing page, and may vary by promotional offer); some promotional offers instead require payment immediately, which is disclosed before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing interval until canceled. You can cancel at any time from Billing inside the application, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then. If a payment fails, we allow a short grace period before restricting the account to read-only access — you can still view and export existing projects and reports, but not create or edit them, until payment is resolved or the plan is canceled. Canceling or lapsing a subscription does not by itself delete your account or data; see Account Deletion in our Privacy Policy. Except where required by law, we do not provide automatic refunds for partial billing periods; contact [email protected] about a specific billing issue.
